Timed entry system is so that visitors may enjoy a more comfortable viewing experience.

• You may enter at any time within the designated time slot.​
• Crowding is possible near the start of a time slot. You may be asked to wait before entering the museum. We suggest arriving for entry later during your time slot.​

• University students include postgraduate and vocational students.
• Students must present their student ID and those presenting disabled persons’ handbook upon entrance to the museum.​ ​
• There is a limit to the number of time slots. If the maximum limit is reached, entry is not permitted.
• No group and senior discounts are available.
• If a group of ten or more will be visiting the museum, please notify us in advance by emailing this
  
• If the group has not notified the museum and the galleries are crowded, visitors for whom bookings are not required may not be permitted to enter the museum.

Purchasing a Ticket at the Museum’s Ticket Desk

In-Person ticket may be purchased at the museum, if the time slot is not full.

Exhibition Passport 2026

Smartphone version

Register as a member, then enter the museum by showing the QR code on your “My Page”.

• Price (incl. tax) :¥5,000 (Purchases limited to one passport per person)
• Sold at : The ticket page on the Artizon Museum ticket page.

＊Quantities are limited. Sales of smartphone version passports will end when the stock of them runs out. (First come, first served.)

＊Payment for the smartphone passport will be carried out after you register as a member. You can pay by credit card or PayPay.

Card version

Enter the museum with the QR code on your card.

• Price (incl. tax) : ¥5,200 (Purchases limited to two passports per person)
• Sold at : Ticket counter on the first floor of the museum.

How to use

• Bookings are not required to visit the museum with the passport.
• Please show your exhibition passport at the 3rd floor entrance gate.
• The smartphone version of the passport can only be used with a smartphone. Please bring your smartphone when you visit the museum.
• Only the person who purchased the smartphone version or who signed the card version may use it to enter the museum.
• The passport cannot be transferred (including reselling it) or lent to anyone else. (Giving the card version as a present is permitted.)
• Payments for passports are not refundable, and passports cannot be reissued. The same conditions apply if exhibitions are changed or canceled or if a passport is lost or stolen.
• If you forget your passport, you must buy a ticket to enter the museum.
• Passports may only be used by individual visitors.
