Bridgestone Museum of Art Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Exhibition: Aoki Shigeru, Sakamoto Hanjiro, and Their Circle

The Ishibashi Museum of Art's closure for expansion and renovation was the occasion for a special exhibition to commemorate the 25th anniversary with works by Aoki Shigeru, Sakamoto Hanjiro, and other modern Japanese Western-style artists. A group of works from the Ishibashi Museum of Art was supplemented by 10 or more from our collection.
