Visiting the Museum
Are there any items that cannot be brought into the museum?
• Unsealed food and beverages (Plastic bottles and water bottles must be kept inside your bag.)
• Umbrellas (Please use the umbrella stands at the entrance for long umbrellas. Foldable umbrellas must be kept in your bag.)
• Pets *Service animals (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted.
• Fresh flowers and other plants
• Hazardous items (such as knives or flammable materials)
• Large musical instruments, recreational equipment, tripods, or other items that may pose a risk to the artworks or disturb other visitors
*Museum staff may ask visitors not to bring in other items if they may pose a risk to the artworks or inconvenience other visitors.
*Large items that cannot be brought into the exhibition galleries (such as suitcases) may be stored at the cloakroom. Please note that storage space is limited.
